Each individual may hold only one registered sis6s account. Duplicate accounts — whether created to circumvent bonus restrictions, avoid a self-exclusion order, or for any other reason — will be permanently closed and balances forfeited.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform at any time. If sis6s identifies that a Player holds more than one Account — whether under the same or different identity details — all duplicate Accounts will be closed, any Bonus Funds will be voided, and winnings derived from duplicate Accounts may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. sis6s will never ask you to reveal your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity carried out using your Account credentials is considered to have been authorised by you. sis6s accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to an Account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
You must notify sis6s support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. sis6s will temporarily suspend the Account pending investigation upon receipt of such notification.
sis6s reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks, including requesting source of funds documentation, at any time. Failure to cooperate with such requests within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension.
All deposits and withdrawals on sis6s are processed in PKR. The Platform accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account.
Deposits via mobile wallet (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day depending on the issuing bank's processing times. sis6s accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. First-time withdrawal requests require full identity verification including submission of a valid CNIC. sis6s targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days; actual receipt of funds depends on your bank or mobile wallet provider's processing schedule.
sis6s reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and source of funds declarations. Withdrawals will be held pending satisfactory completion of such requests.
sis6s offers various promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence only in respect of that promotion.
All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market. These rules are accessible within each game or market on the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.
sis6s uses certified random number generators (RNG) for all non-live casino and slot games, audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account immediately suspended or permanently closed, with all funds subject to forfeiture pending investigation:

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights in the Platform's intellectual property are granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written consent from sis6s.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sis6s and its officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from:

sis6s collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
sis6s will never sell your personal data to third parties. Data is processed solely for purposes related to Account administration, transaction processing, KYC compliance, responsible gaming monitoring, and marketing communications (where you have provided consent). Full details of your data rights — including the right to access, rectify, and request deletion of your personal data — are set out in our Privacy Policy.
sis6s reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the address on file or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform upon login. The revised Terms will display an updated effective date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure via [email protected] before the effective date of the changes.
Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time. Players wishing to close their Account should contact the sis6s support team at [email protected]. Any verified real Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via the registered withdrawal method within 5 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied.

If you are not satisfied with sis6s's decision, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory body under sis6s's gaming licence.
Nothing in this clause restricts a Player's right to seek relief from a competent court of law where such right exists and cannot be contractually excluded.
